A telephone, email or postal VAT advice service that allows you to ask the simplest or the most complex VAT questions quickly and easily. Charged wholly on the basis of time spent dealing with your VAT query at a rate of £12.50 per 6 minutes (plus VAT, obviously) so if you don't use it, you don't get charged.

We guarantee an initial response within 1 working day with, if that does not contain the full answer, a guide to the likely time to resolve your query.

Signing up to the helpline service does not commit you to anything. If you don't use it, you won't be charged, but if you do have a VAT question in need of resolution you can phone or email it to us without any further hassle and be safe in the knowledge that you will receive a prompt, accurate and practical answer.
